  • Yes. All latex balloons used by Createval Studios are made from natural rubber latex and are 100% biodegradable. They break down naturally over time, similar to organic materials.

    While latex balloons are a more eco-conscious option than plastic alternatives, we also prioritize responsible use. For that reason, we do not support balloon releases and always encourage proper disposal after your event.

  • Installation time varies depending on the scale of the design and the venue setup.

    For reference, a standard 6-foot garland installation typically takes up to one hour on site. More elaborate designs — including backdrops, decals, or added custom elements — may require additional time to ensure precise placement and a polished finish.

    All balloon structures are pre-assembled whenever possible to allow for an efficient and seamless installation experience.

  • For balloon-only installations, removal is not included by default. Balloons may be safely popped and disposed of by the client after the event. If preferred, professional breakdown and removal can be added to your proposal for an additional fee.

    For installations that include backdrop structures or other rental elements, breakdown and collection of rental items are included in your original quote and scheduled according to your event timeline.

    Clients are welcome to keep their balloon installation in full if they wish. Many choose to enjoy the balloons beyond the event, while others request full or partial removal — both options can be discussed during the planning process.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and begin the design process.

    The remaining balance is due three days prior to the event, as materials are purchased and scheduling is finalized during this time.

    In the event of unforeseen and serious circumstances, such as a family emergency, partial refunds may be considered. While the initial deposit remains non-refundable, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded if cancellation occurs before installation.

    Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be discussed as soon as possible.

    Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Createval Studios accepts major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Secure invoices are issued for all bookings to ensure a smooth and professional payment process.

    Cash payments may be arranged in advance, and receipts are provided upon request.
